Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing advanced storytelling, editing, and motion design skills.
• Mastery of industry-standard editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent software.
• Proficiency in motion graphics, animation, and visual effects (After Effects or similar tools preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end editing process, transforming raw footage into polished, engaging video content for digital, social media, marketing campaigns, and corporate presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful visual stories aligned with brand strategy.
• Enhance videos with advanced motion graphics, animations, visual effects, and sound design.
• Supervise, guide, and review the work of junior video editors to maintain quality and consistency.
• Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple video projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Maintain and organize video assets, archives, and post-production workflows.
• Perform final quality checks, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, technical standards, and creative excellence.
• Stay updated with emerging editing techniques, video trends, and software updates to bring fresh ideas into the team.
