• Post-Production: Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video according to the script or project goals.
• Motion Graphics: Create engaging lower thirds, titles, and basic 2D animations to enhance storytelling.
• Sound Design: Select appropriate music, perform basic audio cleaning, and ensure perfect sync between visuals and sound.
• Color Grading: Apply color correction and grading to ensure a consistent and professional "look" across all deliverables.
• Platform Optimization: Export and optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram/TikTok, and LinkedIn) ensuring correct aspect ratios and bitrates.
• Collaboration: Work with content creators and marketing leads to understand project requirements and iterate based on feedback.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of professional video editing experience (Portfolio/Showreel is mandatory).
• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. Experience with After Effects is a huge plus.
• Visual Flair: A strong understanding of pacing, timing, and narrative flow.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of codecs, frame rates, and resolutions.
• Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
