Job summary

Flipspaces seeks a senior operations leader who will own the company’s operating capability and drive scale across multi-city and international footprints. You will report to the founder team, shaping strategy and delivery, while building processes and capabilities for long-term growth.

You will manage enterprise accounts, align operations with capital plans, and lead transformation initiatives that integrate technology and AI into delivery.

THE ROLE IN ONE LINE:

You are the senior strategic leader for Operations at Flipspaces. The function reports to you; the company is shaped by you. You build the operating capability that allows Flipspaces to scale from where it is today to where it intends to go.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

• - 1. Strategic operations leadership set the multi-year operations roadmap aligned to company strategy and capital plan
• - 2. Function-wide stewardship VPs, GMs, and the broader operations leadership report into your line
• - 3. Delivery P&L at scale own the economic outcomes of execution across the business
• - 4. Operational transformation drive the next generation of systems, processes, technology, and AI in delivery
• - 5. Senior client and ecosystem strategic enterprise accounts, ecosystem partnerships, and regulatory relationships at the senior level
• - 6. Geographic strategy co-author the India and international Operations footprint with the founder team
• - 7. Capability build leadership development, capability programs, and succession at the senior layer
• - 8. Board-level communication represent Operations at the Board, leadership offsites, and investor forums

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:-

Must-Have:

• - 1. 12+ years of operations leadership with large-scale execution exposure
• - 2. Has run multi-city or multi-country operations with clear delivery ownership
• - 3. Has managed 50+ team members or multi-layer manager organisations
• - 4. Built scalable SOPs, processes, and operating systems that survived growth
• - 5. Track record of operational transformation in fast-paced growth environments
• - 6. Enterprise-grade client and senior stakeholder management
• - 7. Strong strategic communication Board, founders, investors

Good to Have:

• - 1. Commercial D&B background (Priority 1) / Real Estate (P2) / Infrastructure (P3)
• - 2. Top-tier institute (IIT / IIM or equivalent full-time programs)
• - 3. P&L ownership at company or business-unit scale
• - 4. Tech-driven Operations exposure ERP, dashboards, automation, AI
• - 5. Ex-Flipspaces alumni considered at lower experience thresholds
