Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project/operations management in commercial interior fit-outs.
• Turnkey execution experience for offices, coworking spaces, retail, or institutional clients.
• Strong knowledge of on-site execution, vendor management, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of commercial interior projects from client handover to site completion and sign-off.
• Coordinate design, procurement, and client servicing teams for seamless execution.
• Manage site operations, monitor daily progress, and ensure timelines and specifications are met.
• Build and manage relationships with contractors, MEP consultants, and third-party service providers.
• Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and on-site stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site reviews and enforce accountability with contractors and vendors.
• Serve as primary execution lead for client interactions during delivery phase.
• Provide timely project updates, manage client expectations, and handle escalations proactively.
