oversee daily underwriting pipeline and queues to ensure timelymovement, balanced workloads, and efficient resourceallocation.
serve as the first point of contact for escalated or complexunderwriting scenarios, providing guidance and resolving issuesto support smooth loan flow.
support and mentor underwriters by providing day-to-dayguidance, fostering development, and monitoring teamperformance.
