Job summary

ApplyMint is seeking a Senior UX Product Designer in Pune to drive end-to-end product design. You will lead user research, create intuitive interfaces, and ensure accessibility across digital products while collaborating with product, engineering, and design teams.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on design execution in a hybrid setup. The ideal candidate has strong leadership in product design, experience in cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for delivering user-centered

Position Overview:

As a Senior UX Product Designer, you will support the organisation, achieve its strategic objectives by the identification of business requirements and solutions that address business problems and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of user research and usability tests to understand customer needs, pain points, and integrate feedback and preferences to Virtana products and services, through collaboration with various stakeholders, including product managers and developers.
• Creation of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Design and maintenance of visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that align with design guidelines across digital products.
• Creation of wireframes and interactive prototypes for visualisation and testing of product concepts and features before development.
• Accessibility considerations to ensure that designs comply with accessibility standards and guidelines to provide an inclusive experience for all users.
• Monitoring of industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the design quality and innovation.
