We are seeking a “Senior UX Designer” to be part of our team in building world-class, intuitive,and scalable experiences for complex enterprise and B2B SaaS products.

Role Overview

The UX Designer will play a key role in shaping user experiences across Videonetics’ productecosystem, which includes Video Management Software (VMS), Video Analytics, AI modules,Cloud solutions, and our Unified Platform.

In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and domain experts totranslate complex surveillance and enterprise workflows into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.You will be responsible for end-to-end design execution—from research and conceptualizationto prototyping, delivery, and iteration.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a designer who thrives in complex enterpriseenvironments and wants to influence product experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Design Execution & Delivery

• Deliver UX/UI designs for Videonetics products, ensuring usability, clarity, andworkflow efficiency.
• Translate intricate enterprise workflows (monitoring, alerts, dashboards, incidentreview, configuration) into simple, intuitive interfaces.
• Create wireframes, user flows, interaction models, prototypes, and high-fidelity UIdesigns.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Videonetics Design System and maintain designconsistency across platforms (desktop, web, mobile, edge devices).

Product Experience & Delivery

• Work with Product Managers to understand user needs, feature requirements, andbusiness goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure design feasibility, refine interactions,and support implementation.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog discussions, and design reviews.
• Work with QA to validate user flows, UI behaviour, and experience quality duringtesting.
• Support rapid iteration cycles through prototyping and feedback incorporation.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and workflow studies with operators,administrators, and field users in environments such as smart cities, airports, logistics,and enterprises.
• Analyse findings and translate insights into design improvements.
• Participate in usability testing and iterate on designs based on user behaviour andfeedback.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure cohesive, user-centric product experiences.
• Collaborate with Visual Design and Marketing teams to maintain brand alignmentacross interfaces.

Key Requirements

Must-Have:

• 2–5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in enterprise software or B2BSaaS products.
• Should demonstrate UX thinking, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI work.
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
• Strong visual design skills, interaction design fundamentals, and ability to articulatedesign decisions.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with Product andEngineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a user-centred design mindset.
