Job summary

Cavista Technologies in Pune, India, seeks an experienced UX designer to collaborate with UX, Product and Engineering on multiple healthcare platforms across desktop, tablet and mobile. You will design and prototype user experiences, deliver wireframes and visuals, and contribute to a design system.

A strong portfolio and healthcare UI background are essential. The role requires 2–5 years of UX/UI experience, excellent visual design skills, and proficiency with Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop

Qualifications

• Degree in Design/ CS/ HCI or related field.
• 2-5 years UX/UI design experience.
• Strong eye for visual design in healthcare.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Portfolio required.

Responsibilities

• Research, design and prototype user experiences based on product requirements.
• Collaborate with front end developers to balance technical considerations, user needs and business strategies.
• Deliver mockups/wireframes, visuals and interactive prototypes for desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Contribute to an existing design library as well as creation of a design system.
• Champion user-centered design and conduct user research to discover problems or validate solutions.
• Drive common look and feel across different product portfolios.
• Create mockups to articulate functionality and design.
• Act as an advocate for both user needs and business needs in a fast-paced agile setup.

Job Description

Working directly with our global UX manager, you will be deeply involved cross functionally with global UX, Product & Engineering teams. You will be working across multiple healthcare products spread across Desktop, tablet and mobile and improve usability of a platform for our end users.

The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, strong intrapersonal and empathetic skills, a creative mind and an ability to thrive in a complex and fast-moving environment.

Must have portfolio with industry experience attached for eligibility.

What you will do...

• Research, Design and Prototype user experiences based on product requirements.
• Work collaboratively with front end developers to balance technical considerations, user needs and business strategies to deliver creative solutions.
• Deliver mockups/wireframes, visuals and interactive prototypes for desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Contribute to an existing design library as well as creation of a design system.
• Be well informed of current design trends and champion user centered design across the company, including user research to discover problems or validate solutions.
• Drive common look and feel across different product portfolios.
• Create mockups to articulate functionality and design
• In this highly collaborative, lightning-fast agile environment - you will act as an advocate for both user needs and business needs.

What you bring...

• Degree in Design/ Computer Science/ HCI or related fields.
• 2-5 Years of experience working in UX&UI Design with a team of UX designers. Background in design is a plus.
• Strong eye for visual design – championing the best UI in healthcare
• Strong Ability to communicate concepts through wireframes and visuals
• Flawless attention to detail
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Expertise with established and emerging design practices
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Passion for helping others, mentorship and fostering relationships throughout the org
• Creative and analytical mindset
• Experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator and photoshop
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Location: Pune, work from office

Must have portfolio with industry experience' - We mean having worked in corporate environment or company. No contract roles. Healthcare experience is good to have, but not a must.
