Job summary

r3 Consultant in Pune (Hybrid) is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with 7–10 years of experience to lead design for large-scale enterprise SaaS products. You will own the end-to-end design process, create scalable dashboards and admin interfaces, and build design systems.

Proficiency in Figma and Lovable, plus experience with international clients, is required. The role offers a hybrid Pune setup, mentorship responsibilities, and immediate/join within 15 days.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end UI/UX design process for enterprise SaaS/B2B products from research and wireframing to high-fidelity design and handoff.
• Design intuitive, scalable interfaces for complex enterprise workflows, dashboards, and data-heavy modules.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into clean, functional and visually consistent design solutions.
• Build and maintain design systems/component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
• Prototype concepts rapidly using Lovable or similar AI-assisted tools to validate ideas quickly.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and international stakeholders/clients on design direction.
• Conduct usability reviews, gather feedback, and iterate based on user research and data.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to internal teams and global clients.
• Mentor junior designers and raise the overall design quality within the team.
• Stay current with enterprise UX best practices and accessibility standards.

About the Role

We are is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in designing complex, scalable B2B enterprise-level products. The ideal candidate has led design for international clients, has a deep understanding of enterprise UX patterns (dashboards, workflows, admin panels, data-heavy interfaces), and is fluent in modern design and prototyping tools, including Figma and Lovable. This is a hybrid role based in Pune, and we're looking for someone who can join immediately or within 15 days.

• Mentor junior designers and contribute to raising the overall design quality bar within the team.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10 years of overall UI/UX design experience.

• Proven experience working on B2B / enterprise-level projects only (not consumer/D2C-only backgrounds).
• Demonstrated experience handling international clients/projects (US/UK/EU markets preferred).
• Strong hands-on expertise in Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, design systems, prototyping).
• Working knowledge of Lovable for rapid prototyping/AI-assisted design-to-code workflows.
• Solid understanding of enterprise UX principles, information architecture, complex data visualization, permission-based workflows, dashboards.
• Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise/B2B product design work (mandatory for shortlisting).
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to and gathering requirements from global stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating in agile, cross-functional teams with designers, PMs, and developers.

Good to Have

• Experience with design systems at scale across multiple products.
• Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML/CSS) to communicate better with dev teams.
• Exposure to user research methods and usability testing.
• Prior experience in a design agency or product company serving enterprise clients.
