Job summary

INNOPPL IT SERVICES seeks an experienced UI Designer to craft visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for websites, apps, landing pages, and digital marketing collateral. You will collaborate with content, SEO, and development teams to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.

The role involves building and maintaining design systems, conducting user research, and producing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using Sketch, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UI design for digital products, including websites, apps, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in industry-standard design tools like Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and human-computer interaction.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, Canva, etc.
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate design concepts to cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with content writers, SEO specialists, developers, and other designers to ensure UI aligns with business goals and user needs.
• Developing and maintaining design systems and style guides for consistency across digital properties.
• Conducting user research to identify needs and inform design decisions.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups and gathering stakeholder feedback.
• Designing UIs using industry-standard tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Creative Suite.
