Job summary

Innoppl IT Services Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced UI Designer to craft intuitive interfaces for our digital properties including websites, landing pages, and marketing creatives.

You will work with writers, SEO specialists and developers to ensure the UI aligns with business goals and user needs. You will build and maintain design systems, conduct user research, and produce wireframes, prototypes and polished mockups using industry tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UI design experience for digital products.
• Expertise with Sketch, Figma, Illustrator or Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of user-centered design, design thinking, and HCI.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch and Canva.
• Strong communication skills to convey concepts to cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our company's digital properties, including websites, landing pages, eBooks, case studies, email marketing design, PPT design, white papers, social media assets and digital marketing campaigns.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including content writers, SEO specialists, developers, and other designers, to ensure the user interface aligns with business objectives and user needs.

Developing and maintaining design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital properties.

Conducting user research to identify user needs, behaviors, and preferences and using this information to inform design decisions.

Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and gather stakeholder feedback.

Designing user interfaces using industry-standard design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Creative Suite.

Stay updated with design trends, UI/UX best practices, knowledge in using AI features, and emerging technologies.

Job Requirements:

5+ years of experience in UI design for digital products, including websites, applications, and digital marketing campaigns.

• Expertise in industry-standard design tools like Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, or Adobe Creative Suite.


• Knowledge of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and human-computer interaction.
