Job summary

Centre of Excellence (CII MCC) invites a creative UI/UX and Graphic Designer with 4–6 years of experience to craft user-centric digital experiences. You will design landing pages, branding assets, and marketing creatives, collaborating with marketing and business teams to deliver visually engaging results.

Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and modern UX tools is essential, with a solid portfolio demonstrating both UI/UX and graphic design work.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in UI/UX and Graphic Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UI/UX and graphic design work.
• Excellent knowledge of Figma.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with Instapage, ClickFunnels or similar UI/UX tools.
• Strong wireframing, prototyping, responsive web design and design systems knowledge.
• Good typography, colour theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating digital marketing and social media creatives.
• Understanding of branding and visual identity.
• Ability to translate business requirements into creative, user-friendly designs.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and developer handoff.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging user interfaces for websites, landing pages, and digital products.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Apply UX principles, visual hierarchy, accessibility, and usability best practices.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Maintain and improve design systems, UI components, and visual consistency.
• Create high-quality creatives for digital marketing, social media, websites, campaigns, and ads.
• Work on branding, visual identity, marketing collateral, and campaign assets.
• Create graphics, illustrations, banners, presentations, and other communications.
• Ensure consistency of brand communication across digital and offline platforms.
• Present design concepts and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Stay updated with UI/UX, graphic design, and digital design trends.
• Explore AI-assisted design tools to boost creativity and efficiency.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative UI/UX & Graphic Designer with 46 years of professional experience who can combine strong visual design skills with user-centric digital experiences.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across UI/UX design, website design, branding, digital marketing creatives, and graphic design. You will work closely with marketing and business teams to create visually engaging and user-friendly landing pages, creatives and videos.

Key Responsibilities:

Good to Have:

• Experience with Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and basic video editing.
• Experience working with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
• Experience designing websites for education, e-commerce, corporate, lifestyle, or other consumer-facing brands.
