Job summary

UST in Bengaluru, India seeks an energetic Apple Administrator to join the DEX-Device Management team. You will manage MacOS/iOS devices, deploy applications and policies, and coordinate with Global Service Desk and IT Client services to ensure secure, efficient Apple user support.

The role requires experience with Workspace ONE UEM, Intune or Jamf Pro, and scripting in Bash/Zsh or Python. Collaboration with security teams and vendor support is essential for production reliability.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of macOS and iOS in enterprise management.
• Hands-on experience managing Macs in an enterprise environment using Workspace ONE or Jamf Pro or Microsoft Intune.
• Experience packaging macOS applications for distribution via device management solutions like Workspace ONE, Intune, or Jamf Pro.
• Experience deploying configuration profiles for whitelisting Kernel and System Extensions, and PPPC profiles.
• Experience configuring macOS provisioning with Automated Device Enrollment (ADE/DEP).
• In-depth knowledge of FileVault encryption and secure token.
• Ability to evaluate, recommend and deploy technologies and solutions to Apple user base, focusing on productivity, security and user experience.
• Experience in Bash/Zsh and Python scripting, while effectively leveraging AI tools to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools.
• Good troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Good understanding of networking, and analytical skills for reporting.

Responsibilities

UEM & Apple Administrator (Device Management)

Position summary: seeking an energetic Apple Administrator to work in its ATS, DEX-Device Management team. The ideal candidate will work closely with End Users, IT Departments and Product Teams, requiring good communication and interpersonal skills. This candidate will be part of a team that is responsible for computer and mobile management, starting from maintenance of Software & Configuration Distribution in worldwide. The successful candidate must be a strong team player and provide quality support to peers, management, and supporting staff to ensure operation activities are being exercised as defined.

General Duties And Responsibilities
