• Connect with customers to understand holiday requirements for long-haul & short haul destinations (Europe, Japan, Nordic Region, Australia and New Zealand, Vietnam, Bali, Singapore, Dubai).
• Design a customized itinerary based on customers’ requirements
• Ability to convince customers and deliver the assigned sales targets consistently
• Pro-actively identify new business opportunities to increase sales
• Represent company values while speaking to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Working with cross-functional teams like Ops, product and supply to achieve organizational goals

Role Description

The Holiday Sales Advisor (Long Haul & Short Haul) role is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon & Jaipur. The Advisor will be responsible for promoting and selling customized travel packages, managing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
