Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG, UPS, STP/WTP, fire alarm and firefighting systems.
• Maintain PPM schedules, asset registers, logbooks and compliance documents.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Monitor utility consumption (electricity, water, diesel).
• Coordinate with AMC vendors for facility services and manage related activities.
• Track open maintenance issues and ensure timely closure; report to facility manager.

Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.**Role & Responsibilities** * Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG sets, UPS systems, STP/WTP, fire alarm, and firefighting systems* Maintain PPM schedules, asset registers, logbooks, and compliance documents* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports* Maintain equipment history cards, logbooks, and maintenance records.* Monitor electricity, water, diesel, and utility consumption.* Daily Briefing Technical supervisor about Planned activities and major Building compliant* Ensure timely closure of complaints and service requests.* Coordinate with AMC vendors for facility services.* Month-end checking consumable stock and raising indent.* Every month prepare material snag list and share with Assistant facility manager for further BOQ, procurement process.* Track open maintenance issues and ensure timely closure.* Monitor online readings, PPM checklists, and asset performance; ensure all scheduled maintenance activities and routine rounds are completed as per plan. **Skillset required** a. Strong knowledge of Building operationsb. The candidate must also demonstrate a good working knowledge of occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations.c.
