Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Facility Executive to manage technical aspects of Mumbai-based facility operations on-site. The role requires a degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering and proven facility management experience to maintain building systems, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety compliance.

You will implement preventive maintenance programs, monitor energy use, and prepare routine reports while collaborating with other departments to support facility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering.
• Proven experience in facility management or a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire safety.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and codes.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CMMS or similar software.
