Also implement facility procedures and performance measures and ensure that they are maintained at all times. Likewise, boost on-site operations by promoting best practices and creating better processes, adherence to health and safety standards.**Winning our clients’ trust**Working with clients and build strong relationships with them. Likewise, proactive and engaging; and make sure that the clients’ expectations are met each and every time. also be the go-to person for any facilities-related concerns.**Budget and contracts**Take care of the site’s financial operations. Also coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and make sure that they deliver quality work practices according to the contract, and at the right cost.**Promoting teamwork across the board**Support people’s growth and development through effective training and coaching sessions and promote a culture that upholds core behaviours and fosters teamwork, cooperation and performance excellence. Ensure that the team is constantly motivated, and that trust and work ethics prevail among members.**Safety Management**Records are to be maintained on all employees training, including but not limited to hazard assessment and communications, permits and licenses and accident investigations.Implement permit-to-work programs where such work is required to be carried out but not limited to hot work, entry into confined space, work on fire suppression systems and work on high voltage and live electrical equipment.MSDS display and train on a regular basis.PPE's to be always available for FM staff, team to ensure all safety standards are adhered to.**Staff Welfare**Ensure all the staff members (in-house + outsourced) are duly paid salary on time.All labor related statutes are compiled within timelines.Reward & recognition activity is conducted regularly.Required site related training not limited to code of conduct, security, safety, POSH, skill up gradation and best practices to be conducted regularly.**Reports & Documents Management**Transition Manual, Daily Management reports, PPM Calendar, FM Service Provider/Supplier evaluation sheet, service reports, Incident/Accident register, AMC Tracker, Asset Register, Consumption reports, Attendance Register, Audit report / Action Plan tracker, Complaint Management report, MMR & QBR, Equipment checklists & logbooks; Daily Cleaning Schedules, MSDS list, SOP's etc. Courier incoming/outgoing register; DSR, MMR etc. Training Records, Incident/accident register & MSDS register.**Location:**On-site –Bengaluru, KA**Scheduled Weekly Hours:**48If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
