Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule virtual training programs and workshops.
• Host online training sessions and ensure smooth execution.
• Assist trainers and participants throughout the session.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, audio/video, screen sharing, and participant access.
• Manage LMS activities including enrolments, scheduling, rescheduling, attendance, and feedback.
• Coordinate with trainers and internal stakeholders for event readiness.
• Maintain training records and prepare daily/weekly reports in Excel.
• Ensure a seamless learning experience by resolving participant queries promptly.
