Job summary

NIIT is seeking a Senior Training Coordinator – Multilingual to manage end-to-end training administration for global clients across regions. • Multilingual capability preferred (e.g., French, Spanish, German, Japanese).

• Ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end training coordination (scheduling, enrollment, logistics, execution).
• Support multilingual training delivery across global regions.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, trainers, and internal stakeholders.
• Handle learner communications, queries, and escalations.
• Coordinate with vendors, trainers, and delivery teams for smooth execution.
• Manage LMS activities (course setup, enrollments, tracking, reporting).
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and training metrics.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and learner experience.
