Innovation Technology By Design in India is seeking a Senior Trainer Talent Development to lead initiatives centered on communication excellence, leadership development, and professional effectiveness. The role demands deep experience in L&D and strong facilitation skills.

You will deliver Voice & Accent, Behavioral, and Leadership programs, coach managers, design engaging training journeys, and develop LMS modules.

Formación

• 7–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Behavioral Facilitation.
• Strong experience in Voice & Accent Training, Communication Skills, and Behavioral Training.
• Experience delivering Leadership Development Programs for managers and emerging leaders.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience designing and delivering engaging learning solutions with LMS exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct communication assessments and evaluations.
• Deliver Voice & Accent, Behavioral, and Leadership training programs.
• Coach managers and emerging leaders.
• Design and facilitate workshops on communication, emotional intelligence, stakeholder management, and workplace effectiveness.
• Create training content, learning journeys, and LMS modules.
• Measure learning effectiveness through assessments and analytics.

Key Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Behavioral Facilitation
• Strong experience in Voice & Accent Training, Communication Skills, and Behavioral Training
• Experience delivering Leadership Development Programs for managers and emerging leaders
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in designing and delivering engaging learning solutions
• LMS exposure and instructional design experience will be an added advantage
