Job summary

Kumaran Systems is seeking a seasoned QA Lead to drive end-to-end test strategy and execution across multiple projects. You will mentor Manual and Automation QA teams, oversee test environments, data, and defect management, and deliver quality metrics for stakeholders.

The role requires strong automation exposure across Web, API, and Mobile testing, with expertise in CI/CD and Agile environments. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for delivery leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with QA methodologies, test design techniques, and defect management processes.
• Automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Tosca, RestAssured, and Java.
• Experience in Web UI, API, and Mobile Testing.
• Expertise in Test Environment Management, Test Data Management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, people management, and delivery leadership.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environments.
