Job summary

Kumaran Systems in Chennai is seeking a Senior Test Manager to lead QA delivery across multiple projects, driving test strategy, governance, and automation initiatives. You will own estimation, budgeting, and stakeholder communications within a large enterprise testing program.

The role requires 14–19 years of experience in Functional and Automation Testing, with strong leadership of QA teams and expertise in Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD, plus exposure to Selenium or Playwright.

Qualifications

• 14–19 years of testing leadership experience in enterprise environments.

• Strong estimation, budgeting, and cost modeling skills.

• Own effort estimation, budgeting, resource planning, and project costing.

Role Summary

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent .
• Strong risk management, governance, and reporting capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• ISTQB, PMP, Scrum, or equivalent certifications preferred.
