Job Title: Test Analyst / Senior Test Analyst

Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Work Location: Pune or Chennai

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or Maximum 30 Days Only

About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Test Analysts / Senior Test Analysts with a strong background in Payments domain testing. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of payment schemes, hands-on experience with leading payments platforms, and exposure to both manual and automation testing tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
Perform both manual and automation testing across payment products and platforms.
Work closely with development, architecture, and other QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Participate in defect review, defect life cycle management, and sprint planning activities.
Ensure full compliance with Agile methodologies and deliverables.
Document and report bugs using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
Contribute to functional and technical documentation.

Technical Skills – Must Have:

3–7 years of relevant experience in Payments Testing (ISO 20022, SWIFT, SEPA IP, SEPA CT/DD, UK FPS, CHAPS, BACS).
Strong experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
Hands-on experience with payment engines like Finastra GPP, Intellect iGTB, Fiserv, FIS, Oracle OBP, or Finzly.
Automation tools expertise: Selenium, TestNG, HP UFT, SOAP UI, Postman, JMeter.
Solid understanding of Agile methodology, Testing & Defect Life Cycle.
Experience with Linux OS, RDBMS (Oracle, Postgres SQL, MSSQL), and NoSQL (MongoDB).
Proficiency in JIRA for test management and defect tracking.

Technical Skills – Good to Have:

Experience with communication protocols like JMS, HTTP, SOAP, FTP.
Exposure to IBM MQ, API Testing, and Payment Scheme Certification Testing.
Strong communication and articulation skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
Fast learner with adaptability to new tools and technologies.
