Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong background in software testing. The ideal candidate will work closely with business analysts, developers, product owners, and architects to ensure the highest quality of software deliverables. The role involves designing, executing, and documenting test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring the software meets business and functional requirements. Automation experience is preferred.

Design, write, and execute test cases and test scripts based on requirement documents.
Perform functional, regression, and system testing.
Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring proper resolution by the development team.
Recreate test scenarios to verify bug fixes and ensure software stability.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, product owners, and architects to understand project requirements and define test strategies.
Document test results and provide clear reporting on issues, risks, and overall software quality.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives for software quality assurance.
Work independently and manage assigned activities effectively.
Support test automation initiatives and implement automated test scripts where applicable.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in software testing.
SAP experience, particularly in SD (Sales and Distribution) and FICO (Finance and Controlling) modules
Experience in defect tracking, test execution, and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in completing assigned tasks.
