Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA experience on web apps.
• Experience leading QA teams and mentoring.
• Ability to coordinate all testing activities.
• Expert in automation strategies and frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools.
• Experience with API and ETL testing.
• Excellent report writing and test documentation.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on functional, API and ETL testing.
• Hands-on automation testing using Python, Selenium, etc.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS and other web tech.
• Apply QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Write clear test plans and cases.
• Non-functional testing: performance, usability, UAT.
• Create and execute end-to-end test scenarios.
• Report and document test results clearly.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in functional, API and ETL testing
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (Python, Selenium, Testcafe, Supertest, Gatling, Browserstack,JMeter, etc)
• Strong knowledge of common web application technologies (Azure, AWS etc.)
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Knowledge of Non-functional testing Performance testing, Usability testing, User Acceptance Testing. etc
• Ability to create and execute End to end test scenarios.
• Strong communication skills to report and document test results.

• Proven 8+ years of work experience in software quality assurance, especially web applications
• Lead and mentor QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Manage and coordinate all testing activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and standards
• Develop and implement innovative testing strategies, including automation frameworks, to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality goals and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Advocate for best practices in QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously elevate QA standards
