Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience.

• Expertise in applying data-driven knowledge and best practices to improve product.
• Expertise in gathering requirements from the business, documenting and maintaining product backlog/roadmap.
• Expertise in process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and/or evaluation of business processes.
• Understanding and ability to discuss technologies and solution space with tech teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Product Manager for US Healthcare IT product or portfolio of products throughout the product life cycle
• Define, drive and communicate effectively the product vision, product strategy and the product roadmap to Tech & Ops partners effectively
• Conduct market research and leverage market intelligence from various sources to drive culture of innovation in the portfolio
• Defines capabilities and features to translate business requirements into ready to implement backlog items with the help of AI tools
• Execute detailed system & data analysis with focus on the big picture as well as attention to details
• Owner of portfolio backlog and roadmap execution, lead release planning and system demoes
• Collaborate with cross functional ecosystem partners teams (including Tech, Ops, Analytics/AI, UX) to drive product design and to and help achieve business outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of product management experience (preferably good recent experience in US payer and provider space)
• Expertise in applying data‑driven knowledge and best practices to improve product
• Expertise in gathering requirements from the business, documenting and maintaining product backlog/roadmap
• Expertise in process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes
• Understanding and ability to conduct meaningful conversation with technology teams on various existing and emerging technologies and overall solution space
• Working knowledge of various product management and AI tools
