Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in software development and relevant domains.
• 8+ years in Product Management with ownership of complex products.
• Solid understanding of AI product lifecycle, governance, and human-in-the-loop systems.
• Deep technical fluency across APIs, cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and enterprise architectures.
• Proven ability to influence strategy and execution across multiple teams in a matrixed environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Sr. Product Manager driving both strategy and product build for US Healthcare IT product or portfolio of products
• Define, communicate and drive product vision, strategy & roadmap for products
• Own product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio prioritization aligned to business objectives
• Translate complex business opportunities into scalable AI-driven product capabilities
• Lead the development and adoption of agentic AI solutions, governance frameworks, and value realization metrics
• Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, AI/ML, UX, Operations, and Business teams
• Influence architecture, platform, and data strategy decisions to enable long‑term product scalability
• Champion innovation, customer‑centricity, and data‑driven decision‑making across the portfolio
• Communicate product vision, investment priorities, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re‑assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications

• 11+ years of overall industry experience in software development and relevant domains
• 8+ years of Product Management experience with increasing ownership of complex technology products and platforms
• Solid understanding of AI product lifecycle, evaluation frameworks, governance, and human‑in‑the‑loop systems
• Deep technical fluency across APIs, cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and enterprise architectures
• Demonstrated ability to influence strategy and execution across multiple teams in a matrixed environment
• Proven success launching and scaling AI‑native or agentic products, including autonomous workflows, orchestration, tool use, retrieval, and decision automation
• Proven exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent product leadership credentials
• Experience in US Healthcare IT products strategy and development
• Experience partnering with Data Science, AI/ML, and Analytics teams to deliver production‑scale AI solutions
• Product leadership across global teams, particularly US‑India operating models
• A strategic product leader with the ability to identify transformational opportunities, shape AI‑powered product strategy, influence executive stakeholders and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver significant business and customer outcomes at scale.
