Job summary

Optum India is seeking a senior product leader to drive AI-native healthcare products, translating business needs into scalable capabilities. You will own the strategy, roadmap, backlog, and release execution while partnering with engineering, UX, AI/ML, and operations teams.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in AI-based product development, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering measurable outcomes in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Technology Delivery.
• Experience with AI based product is mandatory.
• Proven experience shipping AI-native or agentic products involving orchestration, tool use, retrieval, and autonomous decision-making.
• Experience with AI-native development practices and human-in-the-loop systems.
• Proven solid backlog management, user stories, Agile delivery, and tools such as Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or Aha!
• Proven technical depth across APIs, cloud platforms, data architectures, and enterprise systems.
• Proven solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven excellent communication and ability to influence across a matrixed organization

Own product execution end-to-end by partnering with business, engineering, UX, AI/ML, and operations teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Technology Delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, or equivalent technical/business qualifications
• Experience in US Healthcare IT products strategy and development
• Experience working with AI/ML, Data Science, or Automation teams
• Experience collaborating across US and India teams
