Responsibilities

Scope & Requirements: Define and manage project scope, requirements, and artifacts. Serve as primary client contact ensuring alignment on deliverables.

Project Mgmt: Lead lifecycle, timelines, budgets, and quality. Monitor deliverables and resource allocation for on-time completion.

Process Mapping: Analyze processes; develop system architecture, swim lanes, and mappings. Define KPIs/personas. Manage API docs, client sign-offs, and UI/UX translation.

Task Mgmt: Prioritize builds and issues. Oversee testing, RCA, and ticketing systems.

Reporting: Break down tasks, assign owners, set ETAs. Distribute daily/weekly MIS reports. Lead client cadence reviews and MoM.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years delivering software/digital transformation for large enterprises (MUST HAVE).
• Exp in project mgmt, process mapping, system integration, workflow automation.
