Job summary

Salesforce in Hyderabad is seeking a senior Salesforce Lead Developer to design and deliver scalable Data Cloud solutions across front-end, back-end, and integrations.

You will lead the implementation of Data 360/Data Cloud, manage data ingestion, identity resolution, unified profiles, calculated insights, and activation, while guiding customers on standards, security, testing, and release management. Travel approximately 25% to customer locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce solution design and hands-on development.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Salesforce Data 360/Data Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Data Cloud capabilities: ingestion, modeling, identity resolution, unified profiles, insights, segmentation, activation.
• Experience as Lead Developer, Senior Developer, Technical Consultant, or Technical Architect.
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, APIs, and platform automation.
• Experience designing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture areas: SSO, MDM, data security.
• Experience in front-end and back-end solution development, release management, and change management.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across front-end, back-end, integration, and data layers.
• Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce Data 360/Data Cloud solutions.

• Guide customers on Salesforce development standards, security, sharing, testing, release management, and environment strategy.
• Evaluate business and technical requirements and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex implementation and integration issues and drive them through resolution.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and performance concerns and proactively manage them.
• Present and defend technical recommendations to business leaders, architects, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage customer expectations and work with third‑party partners to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Use AI‑enabled development tools and agentic delivery methods to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal technical initiatives and reusable best practices.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Support successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Salesforce experience, including solution design and hands‑on development.
• Hands‑on implementation experience with Salesforce Data 360/Data Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Data Cloud capabilities, including data ingestion, data modeling, identity resolution, unified customer profiles, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation.
• Experience working as a Salesforce Lead Developer, Senior Developer, Technical Consultant, or Technical Architect.
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and platform automation.
• Experience designing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event‑driven architecture, or other enterprise integration technologies.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture areas such as single sign‑on, master data management, data security, and integration patterns.
• Experience with front‑end and back‑end solution development, deployment, release management, and change management.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
• Ability to analyze and optimize business processes through technology and system integration.
• Strong customer‑facing consulting and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and technical‑documentation skills.
• Ability to explain and defend technical recommendations to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required, averaging approximately 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading Salesforce implementations in mid‑sized or large enterprises.
• Experience working within matrixed organizations and driving organizational transformation.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Agentforce.

• Experience mentoring developers or leading technical workstreams.
