Job summary

Jobtailor Bengaluru seeks a Lead Business Analyst for core banking and payments programs. You will translate client requirements into functional specs, data mappings, and API/integration requirements, and validate CASA and payment flows.

You will map APIs, document BRDs/FSDs, guide teams, mentor colleagues, and coordinate with clients and delivery teams on complex integrations in Banking and Capital Markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher.
4+ years of experience in business analysis.
English proficiency (spoken and written).
Experience with core banking products like T24, Finacle, Oracle FLEXCUBE, FIS, and Fiserv.
Knowledge of CASA lifecycle, onboarding, KYC/AML, and related processes.
Experience mapping APIs/integrations between core banking and payment systems.
Ability to produce BRDs, FSDs, user stories, data maps, and integration specs.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements

Analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams within the Banking and Capital Markets sector

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
4+ years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Experience with core banking products such as T24, Finacle, Oracle FLEXCUBE, FIS, and Fiserv
Knowledge of accounts, deposits, loans, CASA lifecycle, onboarding, and KYC/AML
Knowledge of status management, acknowledgements, returns, cancellations, claims/modifications
Experience mapping APIs/integrations between core banking and payment systems
Ability to produce BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process flows, data mapping documents, integration specifications, and use cases
Experience with JIRA and Postman/Bruno
Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, message queues, and file-based/batch integrations
