Job summary

Ilink Talent Solutions seeks a Technical Business Analyst to drive requirements engineering for enterprise fintech platforms with AI/ML capabilities. You will bridge business stakeholders and architecture teams to ensure audit-compliant documentation and successful delivery of complex, distributed systems.

In this role you will lead end-to-end lifecycle, produce SRS, document API contracts, and support regulatory requirements (RBI, PCI-DSS, GDPR where applicable).

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a Business Analyst / Technical BA in enterprise environments.
• Strong fintech domain expertise in payments, lending, risk, compliance, or fraud.
• Proven experience writing detailed SRS for complex, distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of API architecture, data modeling, and SQL.
• Experience with AI/ML concepts and model governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirements lifecycle: elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and change management.
• Produce enterprise-grade SRS aligned with architecture standards and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to align requirements with target architecture and technology strategy.
• Document API contracts, data models, and integration specifications across multiple systems.
• Ensure traceability using RTM from business requirements to delivery and testing.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops across business, compliance, risk, and technology teams.
• Support regulatory and audit requirements (RBI, PCI-DSS, GDPR where applicable).
• Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints in large-scale system implementations.
• Drive UAT planning and validation, ensuring business acceptance criteria are met.

Profile Description

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large banks, NBFCs, or global fintech organizations

• Certification such as PMI-PBA, CBAP or equivalent
