Job summary

Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to carry out breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and overhauling of refrigeration systems in our GMP-compliant facilities. You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including AC systems, incubators, walk-in chambers, stability chambers, cold rooms, and chillers.

Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults and take corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in breakdown maintenance of refrigeration systems.
• Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and EHS safety requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and refrigeration faults.

Responsibilities

• Carry out breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and overhauling of refrigeration systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Handle maintenance and repair of AC systems, incubators, walk-in chambers, stability chambers, cold rooms, and chillers.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults and take corrective actions.
• Monitor temperature, humidity, pressure, and system performance to ensure operation within limits.
• Attend breakdowns promptly and minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain equipment history, maintenance records, and service documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams for maintenance activities.
• Support calibration, qualification, and performance verification related to temperature-controlled equipment.
