Job summary

Albemarle Corporation is hiring a Senior Talent Attraction Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across the Asia Pacific region from its Bengaluru office. The role partners with business leaders, HR and hiring managers to attract and hire top talent, leveraging AI-enabled tools to optimize sourcing and candidate experiences.

You will build talent pipelines, manage the full lifecycle from screening to onboarding, and collaborate with global TA teams to meet hiring needs across diverse functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 8+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience within multinational or global organizations.
• Proven success recruiting across APAC markets.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled recruiting technologies and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong stakeholder management across cultures and organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, specialist, professional, and leadership positions across APAC, with support for global hiring initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HRBP to understand talent needs and deliver successful outcomes.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract high-caliber talent across channels.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines and maps for critical hiring needs across functions and geographies.
• Leverage AI-powered recruitment technologies to enhance sourcing effectiveness and candidate experiences.
• Manage full candidate lifecycle including screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and pipeline health; identify risks and opportunities to improve time-to-fill.
• Collaborate across regional and global Talent Acquisition teams and stakeholders.
