Artex Risk Solutions in Pune, India, seeks a Salesforce Administrator to bridge technology and business. You will gather requirements, configure security, and automate processes using Flow Builder and standard Salesforce capabilities to meet complex needs.

You will support production environments, manage data quality, and collaborate with developers, QA, and support teams to deliver reliable Salesforce features, including AI-assisted configurations, while ensuring data privacy and governance.

Competenze

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in enterprise or complex multi-cloud environments.
• Strong experience administering Salesforce security, user access, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing, object permissions, field-level security, and access troubleshooting.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data model management, declarative automation, Flow Builder, validation rules, page layouts, Lightning App Builder, reports, dashboards, and standard platform capabilities.
• Experience supporting production Salesforce environments, including incident intake, service requests, defect triage, data corrections, release validation, and user support.
• Experience with data quality management, duplicate management, import/export tools, reporting, audit support, and operational controls.
• Applied experience or strong readiness to use Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce, Agentforce Vibes, Prompt Builder, Einstein/AI features, AI-assisted configuration, prompt-driven workflows, or comparable enterprise AI tools.
• Ability to use AI responsibly as an administration and productivity accelerator while validating outputs for data privacy, security, accuracy, business context, governance, and alignment to Gallagher standards.
• Ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders, developers, architects, QA, DevOps, and support teams to deliver reliable Salesforce capabilities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to explain platform concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across India, U.S., and global teams.
