Job summary

Magna Electronics in Bengaluru develops automotive software and radar systems. The role requires hands-on experience in Embedded C/C++, device drivers, AUTOSAR BSW, and complex drivers across multiple MCU/SoC environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, high-quality embedded solutions.

Strong knowledge of RTOS, CAN networks, XCP, Ethernet, and ISO 26262 safety standards is expected, along with familiarity in SDLC and Python tooling for automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on automotive software development experience.
• Radar systems (60 GHz / 77 GHz mmWave) experience preferred.
• Strong programming skills in Embedded C/C++ and device driver development.
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR BSW and Complex Device Drivers (CDD).
• Good understanding of SoC architectures and embedded interactions.
• Experience with SDLC and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with Python scripting for automation is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

Experience

• Experience in development and configuration of AUTOSAR BSW and/or Complex Device Drivers (CDD).
