Job summary

Tata Projects in Raigarh (Chhattisgarh, India) invites qualified QA/QC professionals to join the site team for civil construction projects. You will implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP), inspection and test plans, and method statements to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, IS Codes, ASTM standards, and client requirements.
• Monitor quality systems and maintain QA/QC documentation.
• Conduct inspections of civil works including excavation, foundations, RCC structures, roads, drainage systems, and buildings.
• Verify reinforcement, formwork, concrete pouring, and finishing activities before execution.
• Review and approve material inspection reports and test certificates.
• Conduct stage-wise inspections and maintain inspection records.
• Monitor field and laboratory testing of construction materials such as cement, aggregates, steel, concrete, and soil.
• Review concrete cube test reports, soil compaction reports, and NDT results.
• Ensure calibration of testing equipment and measuring instruments.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), observations, and corrective action reports.
