Job summary

IDEMIA Public Security in Delhi is seeking a Senior Support & Integration Engineer to maintain and improve enterprise applications in a government client environment. You will troubleshoot production issues, manage API integrations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure stability and performance.

The role requires 8+ years of experience with Java, JBoss, Oracle, Linux, REST/XML/JSON, and API testing.

Qualifications

• Enterprise Java applications in production environments.
• Experience with JBoss and Oracle databases.
• Strong troubleshooting of APIs, web services, and data formats.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise Java applications in a production environment.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, database, and performance-related issues.
• Support applications deployed on JBoss Application Server.
• Work with Oracle databases and SQL for issue analysis and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot REST APIs, SOAP/Web Services, JSON/XML, and HTTP/HTTPS integrations.
• Perform API testing using Postman/SoapUI.
• Analyse JVM performance, memory utilisation, thread issues and logs.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and other technical teams for issue resolution.
• Support deployments, releases, and production changes as required.
• Willingness to provide 247/on-call support when required.
• Strong ownership of production incidents.

We are looking for a Senior Support & Integration Engineer with 8+ years of experience in enterprise application support and system integration. The role will involve supporting critical applications for a government client and resolving production and integration issues.
