Job summary

IDEMIA Public Security is seeking a quality assurance professional to maintain and improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.). You will lead audits, monitor KPIs, and drive CAPA across manufacturing and testing processes.

The role focuses on ensuring procedures meet required quality standards, reducing costs, and maximizing customer satisfaction through robust process controls and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and maintaining QMS (ISO 9001).
• Experience with FMEA, control plans and CAPA processes.
• Ability to coordinate internal and external audits.
• Strong data analysis, problem solving and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with IPC standards and ESD control.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve quality management system per ISO standards.
• Coordinate audits and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
• Monitor quality KPIs and prepare monthly reports.
• Lead in-process quality inspections for assembly, testing and packaging.
• Ensure adherence to control plans and quality checkpoints.
• Analyze defects and implement corrective actions.

Key Missions

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), ISO 45001 (OH&S) & ISO 27001 (ISMS).
• Ensure all documents & records of unit are controlled and updated.
• Co‑ordinate internal and external audits.
• Track audit findings and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
• Monitor Quality KPIs and prepare monthly management reports.
• Ensure compliance with customer‑specific quality requirements.
• Lead in‑process quality inspections for assembly, testing and packaging operations.
• Ensure control plans, inspection standards and quality checkpoints are followed.
• Monitor First Pass Yield (FPY) and scrap.
• Analyze process defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Review daily quality reports and production issues.
• Conduct line audits and layered process audits.
