Job summary

CLSA Limited in Pune, India, seeks a Senior Support Analyst for night shift (9pm–6am) to act as the Hong Kong-based liaison between local TechOps, clients, and global Sales, Research, and Asset Management teams.

You will coordinate operational activities, ensure TechOps standards, promote a DevOps culture, onboard applications to production, and manage containerized deployments with CI/CD pipelines, logging, and performance metrics to improve reliability.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years experience in IT operations or DevOps.
• Database skills: Postgres and Oracle.
• Unix scripting for automation and operational support.
• Experience with containerized environments (Docker).
• Familiarity with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
• OS knowledge: Windows and RHEL.
• Experience with Kettle Pentaho for ETL and reporting.
• Strong accountability, ownership and communication.
