• Plan vs Actual Shift: Ensure achievement of shift production plan and take timely action on deviations.
• 5S: Ensure 5S compliance and sustain workplace standards within the assigned area.
• Booking Entry Accuracy: Ensure timely and accurate production booking with zero/minimum discrepancies.
• Floor Return: Control and track floor returns to ensure proper identification, recording, and disposition.
• OEE: Monitor and improve OEE by reducing downtime, performance losses, and quality losses.
• Manpower handling
