Flex is seeking a Senior Subject Matter Expert - Business Management to join our global team in Chennai. You will lead objective setting, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to drive business growth and operational excellence.

You'll work cross‑region with stakeholders, prepare PPTs and Excel analyses, review KPIs, and ensure timely delivery of strategic insights. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and team leadership are essential for success at Flex.
