Flex is seeking a Senior Manager - Process to lead a team of engineers and technicians in Sriperumbudur, driving SPC, process capability, and cost-optimizing manufacturing initiatives.

You will collaborate with design and production teams to develop processes that meet customer specifications while improving throughput and reducing costs. This role emphasizes project leadership, documentation, and HR actions to maintain a skilled workforce.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Manager - Process located in Sriperumbudur.

What a typical day looks like:

• Manage a team of engineers and technicians to establish and maintain statistical process control systems.

• Establish and improve process capabilities.

• Develop and maintain process documentation.

• Manage development projects that are designed to meet customer product specifications, delivery, and cost expectations.

• Work with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.

• Improve throughput in constrained areas.

• Develop, test, and implement new materials and processes for improved performance and/or lower cost and manage cost reduction efforts in assigned process areas.

• Partner with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.

• Coordinate initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas.

• Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
