Flextronics - The Flex Company in Sriperumbudur invites a Senior Manager - Process to lead a team of engineers and technicians and drive world-class manufacturing processes.

You will establish and maintain statistical process control, develop and document processes, and guide projects to meet customer specs, delivery, and cost targets while pursuing cost reductions and throughput improvements.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Manager - Process located in Sriperumbudur.

What a typical day looks like

Manage a team of engineers and technicians to establish and maintain statistical process control systems. Establish and improve process capabilities. Develop and maintain process documentation. Manage development projects that are designed to meet customer product specifications, delivery, and cost expectations. Work with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured. Improve throughput in constrained areas. Develop, test, and implement new materials and processes for improved performance and/or lower cost and manage cost reduction efforts in assigned process areas. Partner with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured. Coordinate initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas. Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.

Establishes and ensures effective achievement of functional strategic plans and objectives for the site. May have P&L responsibility for the function. Develops plans for structuring and implementing major initiatives.
