Flextronics in Chennai invites a Senior Subject Matter Expert - Business Management to join our global procurement and supply chain team. You will craft objectives, forecast, define roles, and deliver timely business reports to leadership.

You will work with cross-functional teams across regions, analyze KPIs, budget and planning, and communicate insights to drive growth. Health Insurance and Paid Time off are provided.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Subject Matter Expert - Business Management located in Chennai.

What a typical day looks like:

• Setting objectives and deciding how to achieve them
• Forecasting
• Defining roles and responsibilities
• Effective Communication and leadership
• Reviewing financial reports, KPIs
• Budgeting, Planning
• Investigate and root cause
• Preparation of business reports for Leadership
• Delivering, creating and analyzing reporting that drives the business to meet its business goals
• Co-ordinating with different stakeholders for the deliverables

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Good hands on preparing PPT and Excel
• Excellent communication, analytical skills
• Ability to understand business and critical thinking
• Work with the wider Flex team to ensure that we meet all our goals, which also includes working closely with some of the team based in other regions
