Job summary

Kushals Fashion Jewellery in India is seeking a retail sales professional to drive customer service and jewelry sales. You will engage customers, understand needs, and promote new collections while maintaining store standards.

The role requires strong product knowledge, POS proficiency, and a commitment to achieving sales targets. You will work in shifts, support store operations, and contribute to a presentable, well-organized showroom.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail experience required; min HSC or graduates with 2 years in retail.
• Age 20–35 years.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in cash handling and inventory management.
• Proficiency with POS systems and retail tech.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry pieces.
• Handle customer queries effectively and escalate complex issues.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including features and benefits.
• Communicate product value and support store sales targets.
• Stay updated on new collections and promotions.
• Adapt to shift timings, store requirements, and transfers within the cluster.
• Maintain punctuality and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Support store operations such as deliveries, online orders, packaging, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure the store is clean, presentable, and visually appealing.
• Follow SOPs, policies, and theft-prevention protocols.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Show sensitivity while addressing customer concerns and use good judgment in difficult situations.

Requirements
