Job summary

Kushals Fashion Jewellery is seeking a retail sales associate in Hyderabad. You will understand customer needs, recommend jewelry, and handle queries while maintaining in-store presentation and operations. You will stay updated on collections, support online orders, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

The role requires strong product knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to work varied shifts in a fast-paced jewellery retail environment.

Qualifications

• Min HSC or graduate with retail experience (2+ years).
• Age between 21 and 34.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office required.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in customer service and relationship building.
• Experience mentoring team members.
• Handling cash transactions and inventory management.
• Proficient in POS systems and visual merchandising.
• Positive attitude, grooming standards, and shift flexibility.

Responsibilities
