Job summary

ETP Services is seeking an experienced education counsellor with 3-6+ years in student counselling to manage application processing and profile assessments for international programs, including Australian universities. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and end-to-end processing.

You will counsel students and agents, manage inquiries with empathy, build stakeholder relationships, stay updated on visa policies, and contribute to continuous improvement and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in student counselling and processing
• Experience counselling for Australian Universities is required
• Able to manage end-to-end application processing
• Strong documentation accuracy and compliance

Responsibilities

• Application Processing & Profile Assessment: Conduct independent and holistic profile assessments; Ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation; Manage end-to-end application processing; Minimize errors through validation.
• Student & Agent Counselling: Provide consultative guidance; Recommend suitable programs; Handle complex cases with empathy; Address queries professionally.
• Target & Performance Management: Achieve daily and intake targets; Maintain high accuracy; Improve TAT; Track performance metrics.
• Stakeholder Management: Build agent relationships; Act as POC for queries; Gather feedback.
• Product Knowledge & Compliance: Stay updated on programs and visa policies; Ensure compliance; Act as SME.
• Team Collaboration: Support team during peak periods; Share best practices; Improve efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement & Learning: Upskill continuously; Implement feedback; Suggest process improvements.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Meet daily and intake targets with high accuracy; Improve conversion rate by at least 10 basis points; 10 to 15 GS interviews & 30 to 40 follow-ups daily; Error-free GS, documentation, and COE processing;Minimum 5 agent interactions daily; Near-zero visa refusals; Accurate daily reporting; Active team participation.

Job description

Experience: 3-6+ years experience in student counselling and processing; experience of counselling for Australian Universities is required

Note: This role may require working on Saturdays based on business needs and peak intake periods.
