Job summary

Burns & MacDonnell India invites a seasoned Structural Engineer to support projects from concept through detailed design in Mumbai. You will analyze and design steel structures and foundations for pipelines and equipment, and prepare structural specifications, details and calculations for Piperack, pipe supports and cable tray structures.

You will review vendor drawings, coordinate with clients and other disciplines, mentor junior engineers, and ensure QA/QC across production drawings and

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-10 Years experience.
• B.E (Civil) / M.Tech/M.E.(Structure)

Responsibilities

• Execution of engineering activities.
• Support structural design of projects from the conceptual phase to detailed design phase.
• Analysis and design of structures consisting of steel and foundation design of T&D Pipelines.
• Prepare structural specifications, design details, and calculations for steel, foundations and substructures for Piperack, Pipe support & Cable tray support, tech structures, equipment foundation, building foundations, cooler foundation, skid foundation, transformer foundation, Vessel foundation, etc.
• Review structural, equipment vendor drawings and interface with suppliers, clients and other engineering disciplines.
• Coordinate with other disciplines, client(s) and other stake holder(s) to develop a clash free system design.
• Provide leadership, training and mentoring to less experienced engineers and team members.
• Quality review of production drawings for a variety of projects and project related data
• Responsible for QA/QC process adherence
• Responsible for effective communication with other engineering disciplines.
• All other duties as assigned
