Job summary

Duarz Hr is seeking a Lead RCC Steel & Composite Structural Engineer in India to drive complex designs, ensure compliance with codes and client specs, and review calculations, reports, and drawings. You will coordinate with architects, MEP and PM teams and support site execution with technical guidance.

The role requires expertise in RCC, steel and composite structures, and the ability to lead a design team to deliver high-quality, timely results across projects in the Goregaon area.

Qualifications

• RCC, steel and composite structures knowledge.
• Knowledge of structural design codes and calculations.
• Ability to produce drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience in supporting site execution activities.
• Experience leading and mentoring a design team; ensuring quality and timely delivery.
